Introducing the Globus AI Hub

More and more research runs through AI agents — and an agent is only as capable as the infrastructure it can act on. As we explore the intersection of research data, agents, and Globus, we wanted a space where the community can follow what we’re working on and more directly communicate with us in all things AI-related. To support this initiative, we’re launching the Globus AI Hub.

Today, you’ll find our initial Initiatives and Explorations and recent updates including:

  • llms.txt support on docs.globus.org providing agents more direct access to information.
  • A pilot globus-developer skill that intends to turn any agent into reliable Globus platform reference when building Globus integrations.

Our work is just getting started, but we’re excited to share our progress as we push ahead.

Shaping the Direction

How institutions and labs are actually adopting agentic workflows helps drive our direction. If you’re building in this space, we’d genuinely like to hear from you – share your feedback.
