    In this role you will provide second-tier support to end users of Globus hosted services (SaaS) and platform services (PaaS). A key component of the role is ensuring organizations and their researchers can successfully deploy and use Globus services. You will interact with network services, software systems engineers, and/or applications development professionals to install and configure Globus Connect Server, and you will identify and correct problems with Globus Connect Server deployments, including software that integrates local compute clusters, identity providers (IdPs), and storage systems into the Globus ecosystem. You will also work with researchers and with other end users to enable their use of Globus Connect Server deployments and their use of other Globus services, such as Globus automation services and Globus Compute.
